I am happy to commit myself to writing in confirmation of our phone conversation earlier today.

During the remainder of this calendar year, my corporation worldwide will assist - through its work in financial innovation - in potentiating our financial development efforts around a six million dollar fund which will be known by various names and have various facets, one of which will be 'feminist financial genius spearhead fund'. You embody the will of the world's women to make a better world of money; you personify the female side of the Body Politic in its aspiration to express, to manifest, ideally abundant prosperity.

I have decided that for organizational purposes my corporation will be a kind of conduit - or should I say a catalyst, as it will not receive the money itself - for this six million dollars. The purpose of the six million dollar fund is to bestow two million dollars apiece on three of the organizations with which I have to do: CEF/CPSI, personified by Sid Parnes, Ph.D., WNRF, personified by Moshe Dror, Ph.D., its President, and the Stuart C. Dodd Institute, personified by its president Cecil H. Bell, Jr., Ph.D. This six million dollar fund will be the pre-eminent project of your CFO department within RKE, and for that reason I declare that your salary should be a commission of 10%, i.e $600,000.00 to be paid to you pari pass, or in lock step with the accrual of the components of the six million dollar fund

Thus, Richard Kirby Enterprises, Inc., in this project, expresses its corporate life as the activation of company energies towards the wealth creation of moneys which will enable the several worlds of CEF, SCDI and WNRF (as representative organizational 'types' within the Body Politic) to accomplish their purposes of creative education, social innovation and religious futures respectively. Collectively I am calling this project Meta Money as it signifies our desire and intent to enter the worlds of finance from a higher state of consciousness than has been the norm. In other words, the $6 million 2003 Financial development task not only benefits the receiving organization but also enables our corporation to be a leader, a pioneer and a herald in the future evolution of ideally prosperous corporations and associated commercial organizations.

As - let us use these epithets tentatively for now - project convener to your Project Director, my duties will include naming the likely patterns of disbursement by the three receiving organizations of the incoming two million in each case. To this end, we will confer with Drs. Parnes, Dror and Bell respectively. I will also make it my task to name the likely sources of the $6 million MetaMoney, so that together we and some of the three organizational leaders such as Drs. Dror and Parnes, can approach them with maximum effectiveness.

Also, we will enact our decision to involve the creative arts, especially at CPSI 2003 in Buffalo, by the preparation of "scripts' and suchlike artistic intentions, and the training of the performers, impresarios and the like. For this reason, we will from the beginning include in our list of budget line-items the organizations headed by, for example, our friends Rick Lippin, M.D., , Karun Philip, Ph.D., and Bill Ritch who respectively embody social desires to create better health-creation practices through the Arts (Lippin), better investment strategies in the Third World and elsewhere (Philip), and the creation of an itinerant spiritual drama group (Ritch).

My professorial duties as a professor of International Finance will also this year revolve around the study of those energies in the Body Politic which conduce to the creation of MetaMoney, and the discovery of the solvents of those inhibitions in the Body Politic which hinder the realization of this next stage in the evolution of moral, ideal money. For what is at stake here is the prompting of the growth of that social invention which we call Money to its next phase transition, or Quantum Leap, to a higher stage of efficacy and goodness. Marilyn, in the Second World War the will of the people and government harmonized in the Manhattan Project, which caused the coalescence of vast intellectual and physical energies for the creation of what then was the Ultimate Weapon, the atomic bomb. Analogously, I give the name the "Edmonds Project," to honor my city and its mayor, to signify the emerging will of good people everywhere to make a better world of money and wealth, and to create better conditions for world peace by the growth of intelligent, fecund prosperity. This e-mail therefore is the founding document of a veritable Manifesto for the conduct of the Ideal Life in the worlds of international finance: in other words we are enacting here the application of wisdom traditions to the worlds of money in the creation of an experimental philosophy of Finance in a new key. We are applying Total Quality Management procedures to International Finance (both public and private), we are in the (successful) pursuit of Excellence in the world of international wealth; we are propagating the social gene or 'meme' World Wealth as a kind of financial counterpart to the World Music which such festivals as WOMAN purvey.

For this reason, we can expect to enjoy the collaboration not only of mass media in all nations (for we are bearers of good news to rich and poor) but also the cooperation of university departments of, for example, both philosophy (and ethics and theology, or collectively the moral sciences) on the one hand and finance, business, economics and the like on the other hand. Likewise you personally will be ambassador, herald and prophet to such group as AARP and NOW, for you bring particular good news to them of empowerment and prosperity.
